This policy explains what personal data Mioren Solutii collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It covers this website and the mobile applications we publish.
1. Who we are
The data controller is MIOREN SOLUTII, a company registered in Romania, tax identification number (CUI) 52913609, trade register number J2025088207008. You can reach us at contact@miorensolutii.com.
2. This website
This website has no accounts, no login, no contact form and no advertising or analytics tracking. We do not set cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests those files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address. If you prefer this not to happen, the fonts can be served from our own domain instead.
3. When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever else your message contains. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We keep correspondence for up to three years, or longer where a business or legal reason requires it, such as an order or a warranty claim.
4. Our marketplace application
Written for a marketplace app where users buy from and sell to each other.
Our application is an online marketplace. Buyers browse and order; sellers list items and fulfil orders. Some data is needed to run the marketplace at all, and some is needed only for particular features.
Data you give us when you create an account: your name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we never see the original.
Data you give us as a seller: your display or business name, the details needed to issue and receive payment, and, where you sell as a business, your company registration and tax identification data. These are required by law and by our payment provider before we can pay you out.
Data created by using the app: your listings and their photos, messages you exchange with other users, reviews and ratings, orders, delivery addresses, and returns or disputes. Messages between buyers and sellers are stored on our servers so the conversation is available to both sides and so we can investigate a dispute if one is raised.
Payments: card details are entered directly into our payment provider and are processed by them, not by us. We do not store full card numbers. We keep a record of the transaction itself, including amount, date and status.
Data collected automatically: device type and operating system, app version, language, IP address, a device identifier, crash reports, and basic usage statistics such as which screens are opened. We use these to keep the app working, to detect fraudulent accounts, and to decide what to improve.
Permissions the app asks for. Each one is optional, requested only when the relevant feature is used, and can be withdrawn in your device settings:
- Camera and photo library — to add photos to a listing.
- Notifications — for order updates, messages and delivery status.
- Location — to suggest nearby listings and to prefill a delivery address. The app works without it.
What other users see. Sellers see the buyer's name, delivery address and order contents, because they cannot ship the order otherwise. Buyers see the seller's public profile and, for business sellers, the company details the law requires to be shown. Your email address and phone number are not shown to other users.
Service providers we rely on. We use a payment processor, a hosting provider, a push notification service, a crash reporting service, and a courier or delivery partner. Each processes data only for the purpose we engage it for. Name each provider here before release.
How long we keep it. Account data is kept while your account is open. Records of orders, invoices and payments are kept for the period Romanian accounting and tax law requires, even after an account is closed. Messages and listings are kept while the account is open and for a short period afterwards in case a dispute is raised.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account from the app, under Settings. Deletion removes your profile, listings and messages. Transaction records that we are legally required to retain are kept, and are no longer linked to a usable profile.
What is written here must match the privacy details declared on the App Store product page.
5. Why we are allowed to use your data
Under the GDPR we rely on the following grounds: performance of a contract, when we handle an order or provide a service you asked for; our legitimate interest in answering correspondence and keeping our systems secure; your consent, where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.
6. Who else sees your data
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions, such as our hosting and email providers. Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires. We disclose data to authorities only where the law obliges us to.
7. Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you and to get a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive your data in a portable format. Write to contact@miorensolutii.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
8. Children
Our website and applications are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will say so clearly rather than only changing the date.
